Becky Petersen serves as the Field Operations Director for Iowa’s Title Guaranty program. As part of Title Guaranty's Commercial Services Department, she manages the escrow operations and is actively inolved in title underwriting. During her tenure at Title Guaranty, Becky has been responsible for compliance, auditing, training and developing new Title Guaranty programs. Becky received her law degree from Creighton University and holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to joining Title Guaranty, she was in private law practice.

Matt Veldey is Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Title Guaranty's Commercial Services Department. Matt has extensive experience with commercial transactions covering a wide range of project types. He is responsible for managing title underwriting and is actively involved in escrow services. Matt graduated with honors from Drake University Law School and holds a B.A. in Public Communication and Political Science from Luther College. Prior to joining Title Guaranty, he was in private law practice. |
